Consider credit union - more socially/community orientated and are limited by law to the interest rate they can charge.

Think of a business you can do well. Do some planning on the viability of the business, competitors, finance required and the personals need to start that business. Then put up a proposal to your banker to get a small business loan.

yes, do not get a secured loan though as you’ll lose your house if you default.

It is very much possible to get a loan of the amount specified by you. You can either try out with banks or opt for pay day loans.

It also depends upon whether you can lend something to the banks in return. Based upon that, you can either opt for banks or pay day loans.

For pay day loans, I came across this web site called Chance4finance. You can compare different loan plans here and select the one which would suit you the most. So options here are numerous. Do check it out once. It helped me as well.

Loan sharks will loan you the money but I suggest you contact the citizens advice bureau - they’ll be able to work through your personal situation and possibly suggest options such that you do not need to resort to a loan.

Try. enter your details and it will give you a list of companies and their rates. The only problem i think you will come across, is that you do not work. Any chance you could get a job, and then a loan?

Don’t get a loan with no income, you will pay stupid interest and lose your home or kneecaps then home.
